We use one of the most advanced foundation
stabilizing systems in the world, the Fasteel®
system.
"The
helical tie-back and anchor system consists of single or multiple bearing
plates welded to solid steel shafts. The anchor is protected by baked hot
dipped galvanized coating. The bearing plates are rotary installed into
the ground, with extension sections being added if required, to reach load
bearing depth.
With available
attachments for underpinning existing structures, tie-backs for retaining
and foundation walls and new construction foundation attachments, the helical
system is the most versatile foundation and tie-back system available"
